Constanza Marquez (b.1990) is an Argentine-born, Barcelona-based visual artist. Her multidisciplinary practice spans painting, video, photography, and at times, she make use of unconventional creative processes. Her work centers on the connection between nature and spirituality, approaching art as a tool for contemplation, connection, and healing.

Through a symbolic and meditative lens, she explores botany, natural processes, ancestral knowledge, and the transformative power of the natural world.​ Her interest in symbolism has led her to study the spiritual resonances of nature’s imagery throughout history, while simultaneously developing an intimate and personal visual language.

 

Her work invites viewers to pause, observe, and reconnect with the spiritual dimension of nature. She seeks to create spaces of calm, wellbeing, and presence through an aesthetic that emphasizes the subtle, the inward, and the sensorial.
