Constanza Marquez (born in Argentina, 1990) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer living and working between Spain and Portugal. Having lived in different parts of the world, her practice has been shaped by diverse landscapes and cultural environments. Growing up in rural landscapes deeply influenced her sensitivity to the natural world, which continues to guide her artistic path.
Through painting, she explores materials, natural processes, and ancestral knowledge. She works with mineral pigments, charcoal, oil sticks, plant dyes, and natural inks often making her own materials and gathering elements directly from the landscape as part of her connection to the land.
